Die-cut parallels were ok. Even without the love, I still opened more than a few boxes in a set-build attempt. Those cards are long gone from my collection. Now that King Felix - whoa, hurt my eyes! That is some amazing color popping from the dark background! I like it!acrackedbathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05056658025780679689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8730371508291366937.post-32073912189503537702020-10-13T13:09:02.170-07:002020-10-13T13:09:02.170-07:00I love the Bo Jackson card with the sun glasses. ...I love the Bo Jackson card with the sun glasses. He was at the end of his career at the point, but he was one guy who always had great cards. I don't always remember the brands, but this stands out along with the card where he is standing next to the fighter jet.

I am not always sure about football cards, but I love that Reggie Roby card with the greenish background. Reggie has the most interesting image in the set, and like you said, the jersey matches the border, which just makes it that much better.

I probably won't. There are only a couple of harder to find ones on COMC right now, but they're way overpriced. I got what I needed from the Baseball Card Store. Sportlots has a bunch I need, but I've not had great luck with that site. So, unless something interesting pops up on eBay (which isn't likely), I'm kind of in a holding pattern right now.

That's because he always sends so much! It's hard to keep up with him. And yeah, I don't know where Bo's getting all of this stuff, but I'm certainly glad that he was willing to share a little bit of it.Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13043468725408104535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8730371508291366937.post-27967154638019212492020-10-12T16:33:49.268-07:002020-10-12T16:33:49.268-07:00It was very kind of you to do so.It was very kind of you to do so.Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13043468725408104535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8730371508291366937.post-56811601181533381132020-10-12T16:32:58.917-07:002020-10-12T16:32:58.917-07:00It was pretty pleasant (upper 70's) before the...It was pretty pleasant (upper 70's) before the rain showed up, and now we're going to get a couple of nice days before a cold front comes later in the week.Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13043468725408104535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8730371508291366937.post-53861192356048342892020-10-12T16:31:31.016-07:002020-10-12T16:31:31.016-07:00I've still got thank you posts to do for stuff...I've still got thank you posts to do for stuff that I received before last Christmas! One one hand, it's 1991 Fleer and those green borders with a fake background are awful. Usually. But this one matches perfectly with the Dolphins uniform. I think I like it.

Also, don't get any more Roby cards for... six weeks or so ;)

I always feel like I owe Kerry something. He's one of the most generous bloggers out there, as evidenced by these cards. The Lott, Moon, Felix, and Bo are all really nice. And that other Bo is a heck of a guy, too. I didn't know he had so much vintage-ish football to spare.
