Cards-R-Fun visit

This is a quick add on to yesterday's post. Whenever I make the trek to the Nashville card shows I always go to Cards-R-Fun, which is really the only card shop in the city. If you ever visit there be prepared to be overwhelmed, especially with the sheer quantity of singles in 3200ct boxes that are for sale, there must literally be a 100+ boxes in there. Also, to drain one's finances there is a plethora of memorabilia and tons of non sport collectibles for sale as well. Anyway, on this trip I spent the least that I have on any other visit, but I did finally remember to ask if there was any vintage non sports cards to be had. I only bought a few, and here they are for your viewing pleasure.

1969 Topps Brady Bunch card #38 .This was the first one of the cards from this set that I have seen in person.

A double dose of 1965 Donruss Freddie and the Dreamers cards.

This is only my second card from the 1961 Leaf Spook Stories set.
And the back.

And the only sports card from the trip. A 1969 Topps Ted Williams. The card is only slightly off center, but it is definitely good enough for my collection.

Thank you for taking a moment to look at my post.

    1. Thank you for being the first to comment on one of my posts. I too would like to know who the other viewer is. Also, somehow your blog had been flying under my radar, but I have now added it to my reading list.

    3. It is a fun and somewhat scarce set. And since I don't know how many I will ever see outside of Ebay I didn't hesitate at the $3.00 price.
